For the second year running, Face of Australia Sun is part sponsor of the 2007 National Surftag Series; an event that represents a powerful symbol of Australia - surf, sun, family and fun.
Face of Australia Sun are very excited to announce their growing involvement in the event and for the first time ever, will provide a prize of $500 to the ‘Surfer of the Series.’ The Award, a first of its kind, will be presented to the surfer who excels in both their State Event and National Final.
The National Surftag Series is set to take place between January and March 2007, with the events kicking off WA on the 13th January 2007. From mid January, skilled surfers and board riders from surf clubs around the country will compete in state competitions and finally converge on Sydney’s Curl Curl Beach for the Grand Final on March 3rd. Face of Australia considers this event the perfect forum for encouraging young Australians to address the issue of sun safety and will provide sunscreen for spectators and participants during the course of events.
